Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
Free books for children ages 0-5, provided by a grant from the Osceola County Community Foundation!
Through the Imagination Library program, kids from birth until their 5th birthday can get a new book mailed to their homes each month. If they are enrolled for the entire time, the child will receive 60 high-quality, age appropriate books! Having easy access to books in a child's home generates excitement for reading, encourages parent/child interactions over books and strengthens early literacy skills. This program is available at no cost or obligation to kids 0-5th birthday who reside in the Evart Public School area (49631 or 49679 zip codes), thanks to a generous grant from the OCCF. Parents just need to submit an official registration form (see links below for paper or online), and notify Evart Reads of any address changes. Books will begin arriving 8-10 weeks after registration.
